To use, lock the connector pole into the base tightly, place the entire assembly on the ground directly in front of your car tire, drive the car forward until the tire is directly on top of the base plate, slide your flagpole into the connector pole, and tighten with included set screw that is threaded into the side of the tube to hold and secure your flag pole in the tube.
