Antique 1870s 21" China Head Doll with dress and knit boots Wavy Hair

Awesome 21ish inch doll from 1873 with original ownership info. If you have questions please feel free to ask since this isn't my area of expertise and may have forgot something you want to see.
Will be bubble wrapped tightly and hands and head covered in tissue for ship.
Very specific condition description: In decent condition for such a old doll. Looks like the hand at one point had a crack and was possible glued. a button looks to be replaced on the bottom since it is different. There are so discoloration on the under clothes. feet under boots have wear and look a bit chipped from age. One boot is loose and does sometimes fall off if moved a lot. Ask questions if you got em!
