You may return merchandise purchased from Showtime Electronics for a refund or a replacement, provided that the following procedures and requirements are followed. All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number must be issued within 45 calendar days after the date of purchase. An RMA number is valid for 30 days after it is issued.

Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 1-2 days after our receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping cost.
